Britvic had been trying to recruit staff for their warehouse facility in Rugby through traditional media formats - press and radio. Both were delivering fewer numbers of applications than anticipated. Fonemedia put together a solution that integrated with existing media channels to create an environment where potential candidates could apply with ease.

We created a SMS text response platform which enabled candidates to text the keyword ‘BRITVIC’ to a shortcode number. They received an automated response back with a link to more information about the role.

The team at Britvic could then engage with the candidates in real time through the platform. The simple response method delivered over 800 applicants - far more than before and also enabled Britvic to engage with them in real time.
