Sky used to face a constant battle to recruit engineers in the Aberdeen area given the more lucrative potential earnings available from the oil industry. They came to us at the last moment wanting to broadcast a recruitment message at the final Aberdeen football game of the season.
Fonemedia organised the artwork, a field broadcast unit and match ticket within 24 hours and that single day of broadcasting produced over 20 applicants for the role. As a result of this success, Sky has made mobile phone broadcasts an integral part of their recruitment campaigns, yielding consistently good results.
