We're seeking an ambitious, creative professional to join our team as a full-time Marketing Manager at our new Leeds Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the in-house marketing activity and work closely with the Creative team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a small team, conducting 1-2-1's, reviewing activity and providing constructive feedback and ensuring the team meet deadlines.
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring campaigns
• Analysis and reporting on campaign efficiency and trends
• Management and improvement of the Fonemedia website
• Social media strategy and content creation
• Establishing and implementing a PR strategy for Fonemedia
• Ensuring consistency of the brand across the agency with the Creative team
• Production of marketing materials and sales collateral
• Organising and coordinating marketing events such as conferences and webinars.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related subject
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role
• Experience using using Apple hardware, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, GA4, Google Ads, and Webflow
• Knowledge of SEO and previous experience implementing an SEO strategy
• PR experience.
